What happens when a WinMo addict starts using a Blackberry

Mobilitysite has a great article written by Gil Bouhnick - Gil used a Blackberry for a number of weeks, and found that he first loved the simpler interface, but ended up looking for the meat.

I think that's so true - you hear people complain about the complexities of Windows Mobile , but it's the complexities, I think, that make it a superior OS.

I did the same type of thing with my Blackberry 8820 review and blog series.  I don't think the BB user interface is simple or easy.  I gave it months of use, and it's still difficult to find commands in those long hidden menus... without keyboard nmeumonics.

Re: What happens when a WinMo addict starts using a Blackberry

Thanks Adam - that's an incredibly detailed review of the Blackberry - great review - Thanks.

I've occassionally 'played' with a friend's Blackberry just to get the 'feel of it' but got bored fairly easily. This review from Adam gives a great detailed description of what it's like to use the Blackberry.

The shame is when I walked into the AT&T shop last week to pick up a shiny new device - I had a choice of another Tilt or another Tilt or an array of Blackberries. Come on AT&T - get your shiny new deices in for me.

    Thanks Laura!

They'll have the Fuze and Omnia soon, won't they?

Unlocked Treo Pro or Touch Diamond ATT Edition from BestBuy are options too.

WOW Adam that is a nice review. If I ever need to figure out how to do something on a BB I can just refer to your review. Smile
