He also posted the Intermec CN3 which is the first Ruggedised 6.1 device. There is an upgrade for this device, but I don’t know whether Intermec will be releasing it. I have the device with 6.1 sitting on my desk and I’m testing it with System Centre Mobile Device Manager. It works very well. If you have enough CN3 Windows Mobile 5 devices and want to upgrade, I’m sure you could contact Intermec to discuss your options.

Thanks to Jason L. again for pointing out that there's now a 6.1 Pro update available for the HTC Touch Cruise from the HTC site. This is a very cool device, but I haven't really seen many of them around. Anyone have it?

I noticed yet another update today by way of WMExperts. The Rogers Samsung Jack (their version of the BlackJack) now has a 6.1 update available from the Canada Samsung website.

I've just moved on my O2 Orbit 2, which is O2's version of the Touch Cruise (it has a slightly different more rounded case). It's a really nice device, but the Diamond has it all (except the MicroSD slot, traded for the 4GB onboard storage) and a bit more with VGA.

Thanks to another tip from WMExperts, we now know where to find the official WM 6.1 update for the Alltel PPC6800, cousin to the Sprint Mogul and the Verizon XV6800. The update, available direct from HTC, also includes aGPS functionality!

The Sprint Samsung Ace (i325) now has a WM 6.1 update available from the Samsung site. This comes via another tip from WMExperts.
