CNET Asia just posted a great series of side-by-side photos comparing two of the most anticipated Windows Mobile devices of the year: The Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 and the HTC Touch Pro. I thought I had a pretty good feel for how these two devices stacked up physically, but the CNET photo album is incredibly revealing. Also, it looks like most readers who chimed in on CNET's site about the photos gave the advantage to the Sony Ericsson in almost every respect! The X1 looks like a better overall phone by far in terms of style, layout, and ease of use (as far as the spacing on the keyboard goes, I guess for me at least since my fingers are too big for the keyboard spacing on the HTC Pro!!!).  I really liked the picture comparing screen resolution and clarity, I like a phone that has a rich looking screen, although of course that makes up a small percentage of my decision in buying.  I agree, if you need the extra intricacies of a keyboard go Touch Pro, but the X1 looks like it leaves the TP in the dust.
