I can't seem to find anything on either the sliding panels in 6.1 standard or Favorites in folders. Anyone else got any ideas?

I might be able to help with the sliding panels: I posted about this Windows Mobile Team Blog article back in June, and it seems like it could give you some good info about customizing the sliding panels.

It's not deep enough. I have found that article as the only reference, and I can't find any reference on MSDN for 6.1 CHome plugins at all.
