Same on the other computer. I am thinking it is a device problem.

One other thing to check would be the cable - are you using the same cable? Do you have another one you could try?
Well Laura I thought i would once again thank you and let you know that I ended up callin our Data services and they replaced my device. It did have a problem and I may never know what caused it. All is well now and again thank you for all your help.
