J Allard - The Savior of Windows Mobile?

I've just been reading this article by WMExperts, about the newly appointed Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Entertainment and Devices (E&D) Division - J Allard.

Some of you may already know J as some of Microsoft's more recent success have included him. Allard has overseen managed the technical development of the Xbox, Zune (and their associated websites, marketing and branding), Windows NT and TCP/IP amonst many others.

Considering the advancements in design and compatability which has come about under J's supervision, things are looking very good for the next installments of Windows Mobile.

Will J bring about the changes that we all know Windows Mobile needs?

I think that Windows Mobile is in the right hands with this man.
