Yep, there will be a CDMA version for Sprint and VZW (just a guess, they need more WinMob), and the GSM US version is in FCC approval right now.

Saw some demos for some things related to a new HTC device at a training session, and I asked "When are we getting the Diamond?" and I got the biggest smile from the Windows Mobile trainer I have ever seen.
