Re: Configure Exchange ActiveSync via Cab file

    David,

thank your very much for your interesting article - configuring async via cab-file works fine!

Setting the parameter "CalenderAgeFilter" to values 0-5 seems to use the pre-configured values in the dropdown box at "calender sync options" in activesync on the device:

    1 - All
    2 - 2 Weeks
    3 - 1 Month
    4 - 3 Months
    5 - 6 Months

I tried higher values, but this has no affect (seems so circle the above mentioned values)!

Du you have any idea how to set the calender sync period to more month? I would like to have the past 24 month on my device, but changing to "All" is too much data (slows down my device, because my outlook calender contains approx. 6 years...)  Sleep

A good day to all of you!

     Welcome to the connection Sascha.

I think it pretty much surrounds the preset values, I'm not sure if it can go past this.   I'd imagine 24months would be alot of data aswell!

This may be a limitation of the OS itself. I'll have a look into it.
