Yes, the Mogul is good too. The other down side to the Mogul is that you really have to use two hands with the keyboard and it might become annoying to slide it out. But it is a more powerful/flexible device with GPS, WiFi, copy/paste support, and the option to install finger-friendly touch-screen apps.
The Q9 will be slightly easier to do one-handed emails, and much easier to do one-handed phone dialing. I'm not familiar enough with the Q9c, but the other Q9 versions came with VoiceSignal for voice dialing. If you're a big fan of Microsoft Voice Command, that might be an issue.
Honestly though, if your current device is doing okay, I might try to wait for some Windows Mobile 6.1 devices to appear. The "Standard" non-touch screen version of Windows Mobile 6.1 is a big improvement.
