Ok here is a really strange thing I encountered today!

A friend of mine wanted to send me a picture of a call he was thinking of buying...(08 Vette.) so he sent me a mms.....which I never received and he sent it twice. So I was checking all my connections on my Qtek 9000 (AT&T Service) and everything seemed fine.

1. can sent txt and receive txt.

2. can send email and receive email

3. can send MMS so it seems.....sent a test to myself and never got it.

Everything is working except receiving MMS....sending appears to work......

My current settings are

Server name - Cingular MMS

gateway - wireless.cingular.com

port 80

server address - http://mmsc.cingular.com

Connect via MEdia Net

Just wanted to know if AT&T changed something or if anyone else was experiencing this also!

It's strange that you bring this up and this may not be related but someone just this minute called me as they had sent me a text message and I had not responded. I never got it and I was also missing one from a few days ago.

I turned my phone off, then on again and within a few seconds of it turning on, I received both these text messages. These were just text messages though and not MMS messages.

 I haven't seen and major outage information coming out.  MMS is working fine on my demo lines here today.     

Really strange....works...and then it stopped working.....
