    Well , all I can say is that I still love my Razr - I've had it for 7 (?) years or so, and haven't found anything better as far as a standard cellphone.

    My wife had a RAZR and I have to admit I always found the menus too disjointed.

    I found it quite difficult to simpy go to the option that I was looking for, such as changing the ringtone required going into the profile and changing it there.

    Did this make more sense with regular use? Or was it just me???

    I have to admit - that I rarely do things like that on my Razr - occassionally have to set it to vibrate only - I think there's a shortcut for that, but I do it so rarely that I never remeber how to do it and I have to go through all the menus. I like it because the call quality is really good, and the buttons are easy to see.

    I have to admit it was difficult for me also when I got my first Razor......coming from a brief stint with an ericsson T69....but not its habit.....yes just to change the ring tone was a maze of hunt and peck.....
