    Jorge Peraza, a Windows Mobile 6.1 developer, has just posted a fascinating tutorial at the Windows Mobile Team Blog on customizing the new sliding panel homescreen interface in Windows Mobile 6.1. This is not a user-created tutorial, of course, but it's great for advanced users who are interesting in learning more about WM 6.1 and are comfortable with the inner workings of the OS.
