As we've been discussing, the new Windows Mobile site has launched with a new look and lots of exciting changes. One of them is Windows Mobile Total Access, the new name for the Owners Circle. Like the OC, Total Access offers WM owners and, maybe more importantly, potential purchasers a huge library of FREE ringtones, themes, wallpapers, games, apps, how-tos, and of course, the user help forum. I've definitely seen this kind of destination used as a selling point - what do you think?
