Name One Feature Thay You Wish You Had On Your Device

After reading the review on the HTC Advantage X7510 from MobileTech Addicts, I noticed that the one negative point in this review about this device was that it was too big to be used as a phone - now for me this is exactly what I want - a larger screen so that it is much more useable when I am out and about. I always carry my Motorola RAZR and my Windows Mobile Device in my handbag.I have the TILT which is a phone but I never use it as a phone, but I do text from it and browse the web. From a woman's point of view, it is much easier to carry multiple deices because we tend to always take a bag.I certainly have room in my bag for that larger screen of the HTC X7510.

For me, I am not looking for better functionality so much - I can do everything I need to do on my Windows Mobile device - but I would so love that larger screen.

So if could only name ONE thing that you needed - what would it be ?

One feature would be a projector so I can share things with people during the cold season without catching their colds.. LOL I see cell phone huddles all the time and projectors would be much better. I know they are coming and all I have to do is wait.

    a projector

Which is a similar thought to the virtual screen - which is what I would love too see. Hadn't thought of the additional advantage of being able to share.

Native voice command support. Yeah, I can download something, but that means I have to go find it, download it, install it, etc. I have two kids at home (4 years and 9 and a half months) so I don't have time to go find software, no matter how useful! :)

    Native voice command support.

I'll second that, but add the "with an API" piece so that 3rd party developers and GPS Navigation programs can interface with it!

I'd really like a device within a device. I want a tiny smartphone with just a keypad on and running standard. As an accessory for that I want to be able to plug that in to a shell that contains a bigger screen and a hardware keyboard for email and document use. I don't want two devices or to have to swap sims or keep them in sync. One small device with a bigger "shell" it plugs into when I need a more laptop like functionality.

Now that is a REALLY Great idea - you should definitely market that one.

Believe me, if I could I would, but my attempts to celotape a 14" lcd and a PS2 keyboard to my Touch Cruise have so far been fruitless........ Sad

For the US population .... celotape = scotch tape ( I think Big Smile)

I think I was thinking more of marketing the idea Confused - seriously , it's a great idea - think of the iHome, where you plug in your iPod. There's also a device with a 7 inch screen that you plug the iPod into.

Maybe if some one made a docking cradle for the back of the Celio RedFly that would work.

Yeah something like that would probably work, but it would want to be running something that was WM but with some more accessibility options. Sort of like the HTC Shift OS.

I would like to see an in-built FM transmitter.

There are numerous iPod connecting FM transmitters for broadcasting music to an FM receiver. Sony Ericsson have released one for their walkman phones and it is something that would allow me to use my Windows Mobile as my main music device.

It can then be used to yrlessly connect to a handsfree kit in my car and even transmitting to FM receiving headphones.

The FM transmitter is my main wish.

This is why I can't wait for a full Windows Mobile version of LiveMesh.

If I can connect to any PC and via the Web access my Mobile documents, amend them and walk away, letting the LiveMesh service update my Windows Mobile, I can treat any Internet enabled PC as the shell.

something i would love to have is better sound... i live in Miami, FL and am also part of a car club.. so i spend alot of time either at the beach or in large gatherings of friends.. and although i always purchase a 3.5mm adapter so that i can connect my device to a larger sound system, i'd love to have a nice set of built-in speakers... i used to own a Sony Ericsson W600i which had 2 built-in stereo speakers and thought it was an excellent idea... what i really would LOVE to see is,... to have BOSE team up HTC and create the ultimate hand held boom box!!!...

I use the Logitech mm28 speakers - which are incredibly portable and just plug into the earphone socket. When not in use it just folds down and the wire is stored on the bottom of the speaker.
