when I sync I loose my texts, contacts(not always), pic vids( shows the file but no info). mobile app mover will also mess things up. im stuck and don't know what to do. I have cache files which im clueless how to restore( I think they contain my pic vids, among others). all I want is peace and quiet from my phone not unwanted stress. remember to speak in lehman's terms as I am a kindergarten level computer guru. any help is appreciative. thank you for your time.

And if so, are you using ActiveSync on Windows XP to synchronize with your desktop PC, or do you have a Windows Vista PC with the Windows Mobile Device Center?
