Thank you Laura, well you are correct BT headsets come in a mixture of sizes shapes and function. I always ask my customers 2 questions.
1. How often do you plan on using it.
2. Will you just use it while driving.
When selecting a BT headset, I always go for comfort 1st. I use mine all the time not just when Im driving. So it has to be comfortable first and foremost. Then comes the sound quality and last is the gadgetry! For your basic BT headset I use to use a Bluetrek G2 which I found really good. until the "gadget guy" in me got the best of me and I had to have the Blueant V12 LCD with caller ID. Functionally a great headset with a strong vibrate ring. But I found this headset to be heavy. Which then landed me into the Blueant Z9 which I use to this day. Until I get a shipment of the new V1's in from Blueant.
As far as pairing with your device, the only real issues I have seen and heard of is the Treo 750 pairing with many BT devices......
So my recommendation is if you are going to just use it while driving, go for economical and comfort. If your like me and a power user of your BT Headset comfort and functions.
