QUOTE: AT&T's 3G network is available in more than 275 major U.S. metropolitan areas. If you are in the New York City area, T-Moble has a beta program for 3G. You need to be a subscriber, have minimum 600 talk minutes, a data plan and live/work in the NYC area. I asked if I could post up the link to apply and they said it is a public offer: You can apply for the beta here .
